JOB DESCRIPTION Summariser/Medical Administrator RESPONSIBLE TO Deputy Practice Manager ACCOUNTABLE TO The GP Partnership JOB SUMMARY To work in a team under the guidance of the Deputy Practice Manager to carry out the following: Summarising patient records according to a set protocol. Ensuring that patient information received is recorded onto the patient record and coded accurately. To support colleagues in the administration team with any other duties when required.
