Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join the Midlands Nursing Directorate and the Quality Governance Team as a Clinical Senior Quality Manager at a band 8B. The post holder will support the work of the Quality Governance Team within the Nursing Directorate with a key role in supporting to deliver high quality leadership, specialist advice, support and interventions to improve patient safety and quality across the Midlands The post holderwill act as a regional champion for patient safety, including the Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF) quality governance, patient experience, and risk management. TheClinicalSenior Quality Manager role is an integral part of the regionalnursingandmidwiferyteamatNHSEngland working with the Assistant Director of Quality, Director of Nursing (Quality Governance) and regional leadership team. The post holder will work as part of a dynamic team, and collaboratively across the directorate, supporting the Assistant Director of Quality to establish systems and processes to ensure quality compliance across the region and providing effective services to support managers and staff across the Midlands Region/Nursing Directorate.
