Full Job Description
We are seeking a passionate and highly skilled Clinical Service Manager with a focus on children's mental health services. As the Clinical Service Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care and support to younger people with complex mental health conditions and needs.,
- Oversee the day-to-day clinical operations, ensuring the highest standards of care in mental health and learning disabilities services
- Provide strong leadership and support to a diverse, multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Develop and implement personalized care plans in collaboration with service users, their families, and relevant stakeholders
- Continuously monitor and assess the effectiveness of clinical interventions, driving improvements for enhanced patient outcomes
- Maintain compliance with all healthcare regulations and standards, ensuring a safe and supportive environment
- Lead the recruitment, training, and performance management of clinical staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development
- Foster partnerships with external agencies and community resources to deliver comprehensive support to service users
- Advocate for individuals with mental health and learning disabilities, promoting a culture of inclusivity and equality
Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) or Registered Learning Disabilities Nurse (RNLD) qualification, with a valid UK NMC Pin - Extensive experience in CAMHS or working with individuals with complex mental health
- Proven leadership and clinical management abilities within a mental health setting, preferably CAHMS
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and decision-making skills
- Thorough understanding of pertinent healthcare legislation and regulations
- Dedication to promoting diversity, equality, and inclusion within clinical practice
Salary: £58,000, Onsite parking - An additional day off for your birthday
