Join Bromley's integrated primary and community transformation team to be a key part of designing and delivering our whole-system model of care, in ine with One Bromley's strategic plan. Like the wider NHS, Bromley faces growing demand for health services in the future; transformation and improvement is required to ensure the sustainability of primary care and the healthcare system as a whole., The postholder will be expected to lead initiatives to improve out of hospital services and pathways, in line with One Bromley and the ICB's strategic objectives. This will require effective collaboration with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders, a can-do outlook, confidence operating in ambiguous and complex environments to deliver transformational change on time and to a high standard. You will be able to demonstrate your experience and skills in developing persuasive, data-led business cases to support your proposals and have led projects skilfully to fruition. If you enjoy developing and implementing change to improve patient outcomes, this could offer an ideal opportunity within a warm and dedicated team in Bromley.

The postholder will be expected to work in the Bromley office regularly, in line with the ICB's advice to staff, as well as visiting health care providers across the borough.

This opportunity is for an aspiring future leader in the NHS with experience in primary and community care development, service redesign and system transformation. This role will work in the Primary and Community Care team in Bromley and requires an energetic, astute and effective individual who can work on multiple projects concurrently, utilising their excellent interpersonal skills and understanding of provider operations to effect positive change in out of hospital services for Bromley residents.

The South East London Integrated Care System (ICS) brings together the health and care partners that serve our vibrant and highly diverse populations resident in the London boroughs of Bexley, Bromley, Greenwich, Lambeth, Lewisham and Greenwich - our Places.
