The Trust uses electronic new starter forms on Trac to collect personal details. Information collected is securely stored and used to set up the employee record on the ESR HR system., The Clinical Operations Manager for Operations will lead all services in the Service Line ensuring services are safe, efficient, effective, and provide value for money. You will be responsible for the operational delivery, performance, and governance of a large portfolio of clinical services across a range of sites/venues
The Clinical Services Manager will lead the services to ensure the effective and efficient delivery of high-quality patient/user centered services, driving innovation, managing change, and continually improving patient/user satisfaction. The Clinical Service Manager will act as the delivery arm for Trust Strategic Priorities.
This is a key leadership role with control of financial, quality, performance, productivity, and workforce targets in line with business planning and Trust vision. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining internal controls to ensure good financial management, and efficient uses of all resources in line with the Trust financial plan and governance arrangements., You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining internal controls to ensure sound financial management, and efficient uses of all resources in line with the Trust financial plan and governance arrangements.
You will act as a positive leadership role model, providing direct line management to other senior managers whilst establishing and maintaining effective structures and processes in line with the Trust's HR policies and procedures.
The Clinical Services Manager will ensure that activity is fully aligned and delivering against all contracts and that services/teams are actively and robustly managing their resources effectively, that the workforce is delivering adequate levels of quality, patient facing activity, setting standards, and managing individual and team performance.
The Clinical Services Manager will ensure that delivery plans are in place that align with the objectives set in the annual business plan and deliver within budget, including the delivery of cost improvement schemes.,
