Full Job Description

We are seeking enthusiastic and skilled colleagues to join us in leading clinical services as we build on existing models of care and introduce new ways of working. Our transformation plans over the next 12 months and beyond will include further integration within borough/place- based partnerships, working collaboratively with system partners, including but not limited to in the acutes, Local Authorities, Primary Care, Mental Health, and the Voluntary Sector. The Clinical Services Manager role is responsible for the delivery of a defined portfolio of medical, nursing and therapy services, supporting the Head of Clinical Services to ensure high quality care is in place and providing a visible and accessible presence for their teams., Would you like to be in a Trust at the forefront of delivering new models of care to meet the needs of the population?, Interview arrangements will be communicated via email so please check your email regularly following the closing date.

You will need to demonstrate sound leadership and management skills, substantial experience of community services delivery and the ability to engage effectively with a wide range of internal colleagues and external stakeholders.
