Clinical Services Manager

Scope To support the Centre Director in ensuring outstanding care is delivered to Patients in line with best practice and the Fairlie Healthcare Groups Core Values and Values Framework, ensuring Patients are treated with compassion, kindness, dignity and respect. To support the Clinical Matrons to ensure they are empowered and enabled to manage their allocated clinical area effectively. To collate clinical information for quality and dashboarding purposes, ensuring accuracy and integrity of clinical data. To provide out-of-hours support, (based on the management on call rota) to the Centre, including weekend working as per agreed local arrangements., Coordinating the MDT to ensure defined and assessed needs of patients are met, in line with evidence based practice and defined in the Patients Care Plan and to effectively manage clinical risk. To provide nursing leadership to the qualified nursing staff, acting as a role model and encouraging service development in relation to nursing practice
