Clinical Sister / Charge Nurse - Emergency Department

We are recruiting for a Clinical Sister / Charge Nurse who shares our ambition and vision to deliver theBest of Care by the Best Peopleand has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff., An exciting Charge Nurse position has presented itself for a within the emergency department.

The successful post holder will be expected to deputise the Senior Charge Nurse and act as a role model for junior team members in the delivery of high standard and nursing care.

As a Charge Nurse you will provide clinical leadership skills by supporting, energising and be able to empower others in the pursuit of a shared vision to ensure the effective management of the ward.
