Clinical Sister / Charge Nurse - Paediatric Emergency Department

We are recruiting for a Clinical Sister / Charge Nursewho shares our ambition and vision to deliver theBest of Care by the Best People and has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff., The successful post holder will provide high quality care for infants, children and young people who present with a range of clinical presentations from minor injuries to the child requiring rapid stabilisation in the resuscitation environment.

You will be a role model to junior staff members and to share skills, knowledge and experience with other members of the multi-disciplinary team.

As a Sister/Charge nurse you support and guide the development of the team and service to ensure that we provide safe and effective care to our patients.

Daily leadership within the Children's ED, responsible for shift oversight, resus management of patients, safeguarding and minor injuries.
