Full Job Description

We are recruiting for an Clinical Sister / Charge Nursewho shares our ambition and vision to deliver theBest of Care by the Best Peopleand has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff.

Working with us you will enhance on your Nursing skills working within a variety of setting those including a busy Children's Ward that provides HDU care, a 24hr Assessment Unit plus a Day case Surgical area, utilising your skills within these areas will definitely make you 'think outside the box!'

Main duties of the job

Our Children's nursing team is expanding, and is led by our Head of Nursing for Children and Young People, a Trust wide role to ensure children and young people receive high quality care wherever they access our services across the organisation.

You will be supported by Clinical Nurse Educator and Governance managers, together with a friendly multidisciplinary team and a corporate training and development team. We have in house leadership programmes and work with a range of universities to ensure you can progress through academic pathways in order to support your career development.
