Full Job Description

  • To manage the overall daily and out of hours co-ordination of bed management across the RSCH/PRH
  • Comply with the current SOP's and divisional pathways
  • Support and facilitate compliance with the mixed sex accommodation standard
  • Collaborative working with specialist teams to ensure all their pathways are maintained
  • To achieve corporate priorities and key performance targets in Emergency and Elective care.
  • Understand and implement the escalation plans for the CSM team and key partners.
  • Produce accurate, timely and high quality reports for the trust and wider partner organisations.
  • To be aware of current infection control policy's and procedures
  • To work closely with infection prevention and control team to ensure safety across the site

  • You will be an experienced nurse with a strong foundation of clinical skills and have an enthusiasm for improving patient experience, delivering both quality and safe care. You will be responsible for clinical site management across UHS, using your critical thinking and clinical problem-solving abilities to ensure that patients have the best care and experience. It essential you have a flair for problem solving, strong leadership skills and a drive to seek operational experience. To compliment our small team the ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and a flexible working approach.
