Full Job Description
We are seeking to appoint a Clinical Skills Learning Environment Manager to provide lead and manage our Clinical Skills Learning Environment (CSLE) ensuring the provision of pre-clinical training and the development of advanced clinical techniques. You will be responsible for ensuring that resources, equipment and materials are available and ready for all teaching sessions. You will manage the budget for the facility seeking value for money wherever possible. You will supervise and line manage all professional services and nursing staff working within the facility. You will provide direct teaching to the BDS and Dental Hygiene and Dental Therapy students in areas of expertise including use of the dental radiography equipment, health and safety awareness in a clinical environment, preparation of restorative material and will have a teaching qualification to support this. You will be the point of contact for all clinical staff working in the CSLE, offering specialist support and advice.
