Full Job Description

We are currently recruiting for a Clinical Skills and Simulation Facilitator to join our Learning & Experience team. The successful candidate will facilitate and coordinate our Basic Life Support (BLS) and Immediate Life Support (ILS) programmes through the Resus Council alongside other clinical skills and simulation training.,

  • Facilitate and deliver annual clinical training plans across ILS, BLS, Venepuncture, manual handling and IV and cannulation training
  • Establish key relationships across the clinical teams, working with SMEs to review content.
  • Schedule and communicate training plans, using our learning management system.
  • Provide specialist and excellent clinical knowledge, ensuring all staff and services are legally compliant.
  • Work reactively with the OD team on any clinical training requirements that arise.

    This is a full time role predominantly working Monday - Friday. However there will be the occasional need to work weekends and bank holidays following the requirements of the hospital and training schedule.
