  • Clinical Practice:Assessing, diagnosing, and managing a diverse range of mental health conditions in young people.
  • Prescribing:Independently prescribing medications within your scope of practice, ensuring safe and effective treatment.
  • Collaboration:Working closely with colleagues in Specialist Eating Disorder Services and First Episode Psychosis teams to provide seamless care.
  • Supervision and Mentorship:Supporting, supervising, and mentoring junior staff members, fostering a positive and supportive learning environment.
  • Training and Development:Actively participating in training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Service Improvement:Contributing to the ongoing development and improvement of our services., Conduct comprehensive medication reviews and prescribe appropriate treatments.
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualised care plans.
  • Provide supervision and mentoring to junior staff, fostering a supportive learning environment.
  • Participate in complex case discussions, offering expert insights and recommendations.

    We are seeking a dynamic and highly motivated Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP) to join our innovative and forward-thinking CYPMH Multi-Agency Team. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, psychologists, and other healthcare professionals, providing exceptional care to young people with complex mental health needs., We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Non-Medical Prescriber (NMP) to join our team. This pivotal role focuses on enhancing patient care through timely medication reviews, reducing waiting times, and ensuring optimal treatment outcomes.,
  • Registered healthcare professional with NMP qualification.
  • Extensive experience in psychiatric care and medication management.
  • Strong clinical decision-making skills and ability to work autonomously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
