Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a Clinical Specialist Nurse to join our established team in our Harrogate Memory service. We are looking for a dynamic and positive individual with a passion for caring for people with cognitive impairment and an interest in memory service. The service is accredited to the Royal Collage of Psychiatrists Memory Service National Accreditation programme., We are looking for an experienced Nurse who will thrive amongst the multi-disciplinary team of professionals to assess, plan and provide patient care. You will work within a team of Registered Mental Health nurses, Support worker, Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists, Psychologists, Psychiatrists, as well as wider partner agencies including primary care services, social care and voluntary sector agencies.
