Full Job Description

We have an opportunity to welcome a clinician to our organisation working as a Clinical Specialist Physiotherapist. This is a fixed term, full time, band 7 position for 12 months. You will be based across clinics in the Eye, Stowmarket and Felixstowe.

You will be helping to support our clinicians in managing complex patients as an autonomous, highly specialist physio. This will involve joint/problem solving sessions and also providing clinics for further assessment and management of highly complex cases. You may hold a small caseload yourself and also assist with various triage duties.

You will be working to develop more junior colleagues knowledge and skills; leading in-service training programs and helping to create best practice guidelines and clinical pathways. You will be working alongside colleagues in the Clinical Leadership Team in completing clinical audits to ensure there is necessary governance in place and that we are continuously striving to improve our clinical practice.

As a member of our team, you will develop your own clinical skills with access to internal and external training courses and also working alongside Advanced Practitioners and the Clinical Leadership Team who will help to support you.

We are unable to offer sponsorship.
