Full Job Description

We are currently looking for a Clinical Specialist Therapist (Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist) to work within the Urgent Care Therapy team. The team provide services across the Emergency Department (ED), Acute Medical Unit (AMU) and both the medical & frailty Short Stay Units. We work alongside the Frailty & Interface Team (FIT) within ED & AMU, ensuring frailty screening & Comprehensive geriatric assessments are completed in the emergency corridor.
