Full Job Description

As the Clinical Support Team Administrator, you will provide a friendly and welcoming Reception Area for our Service Users and Clinical Staff who use Ickworth Lodge. There will be varied administration duties, including support of Doctors, Nurses and Clinicians with entering and maintaining information to Service Users records as well as supporting Service Users with queries or other needs by telephone or face to face. Providing diary/appointment management, processing of referrals and documentation and attending team meetings, minute taking, where appropriate. To provide the best service to our Service Users the ideal candidate will be able to work on their own initiative, to remain calm under pressure, and maintain a positive attitude. Essential criteria:Previous

administration/telephone experience. Use of ICT applications/packages. Experience of working in a busy office and extensive knowledge of all Microsoft packages. Use to digital dictation would be beneficial but not essential as training will be given. Diary Management and Minute Taking knowledge would also be beneficial, training will be given as required.
