Full Job Description
The post holder is involved in the education, training and development of non-registered staff in Maternity Services., You will work as an effective member of the clinical team across Maternity to ensure all Maternity Care Assistants, Maternity Support Workers and Transitional Care workers are inducted, supported, proactively encouraged to acquire clinical skills to provide effective and safe support to the registered Midwives.
