Full Job Description

Are you passionate about a caring role? Are you looking for a specialist career pathway? Do you want to be involved in shaping a new community nursing model for the future? Then you may be the person we are looking for to be a part of our Community Eating Disorders team., You will be required to work collaboratively and independently, with supervision within our service. Intensive Community Support is one of the pathways you will be involved in, visiting patients in their homes supporting them during meal / snack times as well as accompanying them on shopping trips and exposure to eating out. Training and supervision will be given. You will facilitate 'well being' calls to patients and will have a role in supporting our Occupational therapists.

There will be the opportunity to develop in your role, enabling you to practice a range of core mental health skills and a good knowledge of eating disorders. Please note for this role you will be required to travel independently around the county meeting strict time deadlines. You will need to hold a full UK driving licence
