Full Job Description

A great opportunity to join our team on the Same Day Emergency Care (SDEC) To work in support of and under the direction of a qualified nurse or other professional, provide clinical care and clerical assistance within defined specified parameters and informing them of observations. To work with and assist other members of the multidisciplinary team as required as well as closely working with our inpatient area The Acute Medical Unit. Please note that this advertised vacancy does not meet the UKVI eligibility requirements for a Skilled Worker Visa and therefore HUTH would not be able to issue a Certificate of Sponsorship for this role.,

  • To work alongside nursing and medical staff to competently provide agreed clinical skills and nursing care to deliver a timely and quality service to patients.
  • To accurately record, collate, monitor and provide feedback of patient information to nursing and medical staff, initiating actions asnecessary
  • Recognise and respond appropriately to urgent and emergency situations.
  • Communicate effectively with other departments within the Trust as well as outside agencies as appropriate.
  • Participate in the assessment of health care needs through the completion and interpretation of assessment tools documentation and delegated clinical tests.
