You may be required to undertake a DBS. The Trust will administer the DBS check on your behalf and will recover the cost (Enhanced £42.90, Standard £22.90 or Basic £22.90) from your salary when you commence in post (including Internal staff). You will also be required to participate in the DBS Update Service and pay the £13 cost per year. This is a condition of your employment.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and pro-active experienced Trust worker to work as a Clinical Support Worker at the new Community Diagnostic Centre in Broad Street Plaza in Halifax. You will work within the CT scanning, Phlebotomy and Point of care test departments. The services will operate over 7 days between 8am-8pm. The successful applicants rota will reflect these hours., Current experience of working within the service area, or wider hospital.
Experience of a patient focused role.
Proficient in venepuncture and IV Cannulation.
Good knowledge of Radiology CRIS.
Neat, tidy and professional appearance.

Working out of hours (5-8.30 pm)and weekend shifts is an essential requirement.
