Clinical Support Worker - Specialist Medicine

We are recruiting for a number of Clinical Support Workers who shares our ambition and vision to deliver theBest of Care by the Best People and has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff., Undertake a range of delegated clinical care duties to deliver agreed plans of care under the supervision of trained staff

Provide excellent customer care skills to ensure patients come first

To ensure patients receive high quality clinical care and a good patient experience, having regard for their customs, religious beliefs and doctrines

Recognise and avoid situations that may be detrimental to the health and wellbeing of the individuals

To act as an advocate for patients within the department, to ensure a patient orientated approach to the delivery of care
