We are recruiting for a Clinical Systems Trainer who shares our ambition and vision to deliver the Best of Care by the Best People and has the drive to take us forward, by ensuring that the Trust continues to be the first choice for patients and our staff., The Clinical Systems Trainer will work in partnership with subject matter experts and trainers on the design, delivery and evaluation of training to ensure the highest quality experience for all of our staff.
The successful post holder will be expected to work in a customer-focused service that provides system user training for our core PAS and additional systems that capture patient data. The role will include creation of training materials and classroom courses as well as Microsoft Teams, workplace and telephone support for delegates.

To evaluate the training delivered and strive to make improvements based on feedback received.
Establish and monitor mechanisms to ensure all training material is managed, accurate, adheres to Trust styles and is up to date.
To work closely with the clinical systems and service desk staff, responding in a timely fashion to requests for assistance.
To be able to effectively work as part of a team. Ensuring to provide help and support to other team members, demonstrating skills and techniques to less experienced staff.
Support wards and departments during and post go-live in using new or upgraded IT systems through on the ward training, escalation of issues, and communication of changes.
Occasionally deliver training at off-site locations that deliver services for the Trust.
