Full Job Description

  • Central Network and Team Administration:
  • Administer network and support teams centrally.
  • Maintain accurate records and data collection using Word and Excel.
  • Keep paper and electronic files updated.
  • Manage and distribute incoming central emails.
  • Liaise with offsite team members and GP Practice Network.
  • Communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
  • Support organization of team healthcare meetings; prepare, distribute, and take minutes.
  • Find and provide data per procedures.
  • Organize work effectively; coordinate with leads to maintain supplies.
  • Produce statistical information for network/project needs.
  • Opportunity to learn GP systems (e.g., EMIS).
  • Assist at offsite events and clinics as needed.
  • Management of Medical Records:
  • Ensure records are accurately filed upon arrival.
  • Retrieve and re-file records promptly upon request, adhering to strict alphabetical order.
  • File correspondence, reports, and results correctly.
  • Maintain records in good order and ensure all information is recorded accurately.
  • Appointment System Management:
  • Fully understand all appointment systems, including variations.
  • Book appointments and recalls, ensuring all required information for record retrieval is documented.
