Clinical Team Leader

This is an exciting 9 month fixed term / secondment opportunity for a highly motivated and multi-skilled Clinical Team Leader to join the South Devon & Torbay Mental Health Centre at Torbay Hospital. The role will be based on Haytor ward., Haytor Wards multi-disciplinary team provide a service for adults with a mental health illness. We are a busy, motivated and interesting team, who value working together. The Clinical Team Leader role is essential in supporting the team to achieve its aim.,

• To assist the Ward Manager in setting up standards, promoting change and developing nursing practice, supervision and audit.
• To deputise for the manager in his/her absence.
• To ensure the delivery of high standards of nursing care to all service users, in accordance with evidence based professional practice and trust policies.
