Make a difference to some of society's most vulnerable people as a Clinical Lead in the Learning Disability and Autism Programme Team.
- Make a difference - help avoid inappropriate hospital admissions for people who have a diagnosis of Autism and/ or Learning Disability, as well as working to ensure those people who are admitted to hospital receive safe and effective care with a focus on discharge planning from day of admission

We are responsible for the admission avoidance and inpatient aspects of the Learning Disability and Autism Programme across Hampshire, Southampton and The Isle of Wight.
The team is becoming all age and continues to expand to reflect the importance of this work and an experienced and skilled team lead is required., 2. In compliance with Part 7 of the Immigration Act 2016, all applicants must be able to communicate fluently in English to an appropriate standard which will be assessed as part of the selection process.
