Full Job Description

As a Clinical Team Leader, youll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our new team in a newly established region. Youll oversee all clinical areas, provide vital supervision to the nursing team, and collaborate seamlessly with doctors, surgeons, and anaesthetists. As the primary contact for clinical and safeguarding matters, youll be at the heart of delivering exceptional patient care. Bring your leadership or management expertise and make a real impact. Your problem-solving skills, autonomy, and passion for excellence will drive the success of our clinical staff and ensure the highest standards of care. Joining our supervisory team means becoming a key contributor to the smooth operation of our centre while fostering a supportive and dynamic environment. This is more than just a roleits an opportunity to be part of something new and exciting! As we establish this region for MSI UK, travel across sites within the UK will be essential until the Regional Treatment Centre is fully operational. Once set up, travel to our surrounding Community Treatment Centres will remain a key part of the role. Flexibility, mobility, and access to a car are essential for making your mark in this position.
