Full Job Description

We are looking for a confident Clinical Team Leader (RMN or RNLD) for New Dawn Ward, at Cygnet Hospital Ealing, who can inspire, support and oversee the delivery of the very best care. Youll be working 38.5 hours a week with an expectation of working days and nights at Cygnet Hospital Ealing., New Dawn Ward at Cygnet Hospital Ealing is a 9 bed specialist Tier 4 service, providing treatment, care and support for women with a personality disorder who are ready to engage in therapy. Cygnet Hospital Ealing provides a welcoming, non-institutional environment, offering personalised treatment for service users with an eating disorder or personality disorder over two separate wards.

Cygnet was established in 1988. Since then we have developed a wide range of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, eating disorders, autism and learning disabilities within the UK.
