Full Job Description

We are looking for a confident Clinical Team Leader (RMN or RNLD) for Bearsted Ward, at Cygnet Hospital Maidstone, who can inspire, support and oversee the delivery of the very best care. Youll be working 38.5 hours a week at Cygnet Hospital Maidstone, with an expectation of working days and nights. Bearsted Ward is our 15 bed male PICU at Cygnet Hospital Maidstone and accepts emergency and crisis admissions. Referrals are accepted from all areas, including acute and prison services

Cygnet Hospital Maidstone is our state-of-the-art, 63 bed mental health facility for adults situated in the Kent Medical Campus in Maidstone.It is purpose built to meet the latest national specifications for improving mental health within a therapeutic environment. The hospital will provide an important and much-needed service for local patients from Kent., Cygnet was established in 1988. Since then we have developed a wide range of health and social care services for young people and adults with mental health needs, acquired brain injuries, eating disorders, autism and learning disabilities within the UK.
