Do you want to join a Service driven by Clinical Excellence, Care, Compassion & going the extra mile ?, We are looking to recruit a B7 Clinical Team Manager to join our clinically led Day Services at Kilton View and The Orchard within DTVF's Adult Learning Disability Service. This role involves operational oversight and leadership into both services, direct management of staff, partnership working and clinical input as required with flexibility being available around base.

This is an excellent time to be joining our Respite, Day and Residential service as we are embarking on an exciting transformation journey to ensure that the people we serve are cared for using latest evidence driven care in fit for purpose environments equipped to best meet peoples needs.

The successful candidate will play a key role in not only the day to day management of the teams, but also be a critical part of the services strong collective leadership ethos, ensuring that the teams are staffed, performing, well led, safe, effective and delivering expected standards of care and compassion across the board., Responsible for the line management of all team members including appraisals, personal development planning, talent management and training, management of sickness absence, formal disciplinary and grievance matters, performance management, recruitment and selection decisions and high-level planning and prioritising of departmental workload.

To work positively and collaboratively in partnership with all stakeholders whilst being professionally accountable and responsible for the delivery of the clinical service.

To lead service development initiatives to ensure continual quality improvement as part of a collective leadership team.

Role requires good visibility and presence across both sites making ability to travel a must.
