Clinical Technician Important Information

The management of cardiovascular disease is a priority for the Community Trust and this post will contribute towards supporting the clinical and admin team in developing a community cardiology service for the evolving needs of the Wirral population., The post will require performing ECGs, fitting various diagnostic devices, taking basic measurements such as height, weight and blood pressure. Excellent communication skills and an ability to work in a team and to direction is essential. Using initiative and having excellent organisation skills is key. Team work is a major feature of this role and the ability to work and communicate with a diverse and multidisciplinary team. The post will involve covering colleagues work during periods of absence and may include some evening work. Salary Expectations: The Trust pays staff in line with national NHS Terms and Conditions. Relevant experience may be considered when salary offers are made.
