Detailed job description and main responsibilities
The post-holder will work in a large and diverse multidisciplinary team providing best inpatient care for medical patients.
The post holder must promote safe and effective handover of patient care in line with Trust Governance.
The post holder will be required to actively participate in clinical audit and implement its results and relate these to the Trust and Directorate policies on Clinical Governance.
The post-holder will work toward achieving their requirements and competencies for entry into
Core / Specialist / GP training
