Cloakroom Attendant

Cloakroom Management:

• Receive, label and store customers' coats, bags, and other personal items in an organised and secure manner


• Retrieve items promptly upon customers' departure, ensuring a quick and smooth process


• Maintain an accurate log of all items stored in the cloakroom


Customer Service:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with checking in and retrieving their belongings


• Answer any queries related to the cloakroom or general information, providing a friendly and helpful service


• Handle any customer concerns or issues professionally, escalating them to a manager if necessary


Operational Efficiency:

• Work efficiently to minimise wait times for customers, particularly during peak hours


• Keep the cloakroom area clean and tidy, ensuring it is well-organised at all times
