Cloud Engineer - 12 Month FTC

How you'll make a difference The Cloud Engineer is a crucial role within the Cloud Operations Team, focused on the design, implementation, and maintenance of cloud infrastructure and services on the Azure and AWS Cloud Platforms respectively. This role is responsible for ensuring the reliability, scalability, and security of cloud-based solutions, including compute, storage, networking, and security components. You will work with the team in response to incidents related to AWS resources and Azure resources, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent reoccurrence. You'll configure and manage monitoring solutions (e.g., CloudWatch/Azure Monitor) to track resource utilisation, application performance, and generate alerts for potential issues.
What you'll bring

Exposure to IAC and use of terraform at least 12 months experience required
- Vnet peering, Express Route, NSG, AAFW knowledge and experience is essential Min 3 years experience
- Github Actions exposure desirable
- Experience with Linux essential Min 3 years
- Solid knowledge of Windows Server essential 3 years experience
- Good Working level Knowledge of Azure required, resource groups, Azure Monitor configuration, Azure Backups - Min 3 years expereience
