Supporting a UK-wide network of over 5,000 local, expert technology providers, Giacom makes it really simple for technology resellers and MSPs to access everything they need to create brilliant technology solutions for UK businesses.

We're on the lookout for a skilled individual to enhance and streamline operations within our vibrant Cloud marketing team. In this role, you'll execute both regular campaigns and key company projects, under the leadership of our Marketing Head.

As an integral part of our marketing leadership, you'll be expected to work alongside and support our existing high-achieving team.

You'll orchestrate marketing efforts with a focus on direct response channels and tactics, tailoring them based on customer behaviour insights to hit precise targets.

You'll be responsible for developing reports detailing ROI and efficiency of our campaigns and channels, collaborating with various departments to sharpen performance.

You'll engage in both classic and contemporary marketing strategies, maintain relations with external agencies, explore tech-centric marketing opportunities, utilise web analytics, coordinate with internal teams, external partners, and oversee customer events.

What you'll be doing

  • Drive and improve processes and performance across the marketing team, while maintaining a balance of 'business as usual' campaigns and delivering relevant organizational projects.

  • Manage and deliver marketing campaigns using direct response marketing channels and tactics, analyse customer behaviour to deliver targeted campaigns.

  • Create reporting measures to provide insight into the ROI and effectiveness of campaigns and channels, working closely with relevant departments to increase performance.

  • Execute traditional and modern marketing activity, manage relationships with third-party agencies, and research external technology-driven marketing initiatives.

  • Utilise web analytics and business intelligence tools, collaborate with internal teams and external agencies, and manage customer events.

    Experience of defining and leading marketing campaigns, strong multichannel, customer segmentation and CRM knowledge

  • Experience with creating and executing email campaigns as well as delivery reports.

  • A curious, analytical mind with an understanding of performance marketing metrics, KPIs and acronyms, with the ability to make data-based decisions around metrics

  • Strong project management skills in a highly dynamic and fast paced environment. Commercial experience working cross functionally and particularly with product and sales teams
