Full Job Description

+ working in an organisation where collaboration, together with best practice document, data and knowledge management are key requirements of its operations
+ provide day to day support and development of both the organisations on-premise and cloud infrastructure components, ensuring they are robust, compliant and performant
+ responsible for project delivery of new technologies within the organisations Azure Cloud and M365 environments
+ provide high quality and comprehensive support, dealing with rapidly changing priorities and juggling a wide range of tasks that are often urgent, complex and sensitive.

+ strong experience of Azure and M365 Cloud hosting and Infrastructure support
+ the ability to work under direction or independently and be self-motivated
+ Demonstrate dedication and a strong sense of customer service
+ able to work towards continuous service improvement
+ good root cause analysis and problem-solving skills
+ good experience of Exchange and SharePoint Online.
