Full Job Description

  • We now seek to appoint a Club Administrator who will ideally work on a permanent part-time basis Monday to Friday and preferably 9:30am and 2:30pm, although there is flexibility to find an arrangement that suits.
  • Working as part of the Management Team, you will be responsible for all administration tasks within the Club, handling with all enquiries by phone, responding to emails, booking in events (social and golf), maintaining the Club calendar and working closely with the General Manager, the Clubhouse Services Manager and the Accounts Manager to ensure that the Golf Club runs on a smooth and efficient basis.

    Interested candidates will ideally be available immediately and should be able to demonstrate strong customer service and interpersonal skills, along with the ability to react to a wide variety of situations and challenges as can arise in a busy Golf Club environment.
  • You should have excellent planning and organisational skills and be a committed team player.
  • You should have a strong working knowledge of Word and Excel, and some experience in an accounts related function would also be helpful.
  • Given the location of The Bradford Golf Club, it is essential that you have your own transport as it is not commutable by bus or train. Free parking is available on site.
  • Salary c £30,000 on a full-time basis.

    The Bradford Golf Club (LS20 8NP), which is located at the top of Guiseley near to Hawksworth village, has been established since 1891 and is one of the oldest and most prestigious Golf Clubs in Yorkshire.
