Full Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Administrator to join our Club Assembly Order Processing Team. This department is responsible for manufacturing Titleist golf clubs for the entire EMEA region, always striving for quality excellence and living by our credo: "Autograph your work with excellence."

As an Administrator, your role will involve the daily processing of orders and managing email inquiries from EMEA regions. You'll work closely with internal departments and European customer service teams to ensure everything runs smoothly. High levels of customer service and maintaining our custom club order entry system (ATO) will be key aspects of your responsibilities.

You'll also provide support to our club assembly operational teams when needed, handling tasks efficiently while working within established lead times., We offer a range of benefits, including a salary sacrifice pension scheme, life assurance, access to a company gym, and a company bonus scheme. To succeed in this role, you'll need to be proactive and confident in working on your own initiative as well as part of a team. Strong organizational and IT skills are essential, along with the ability to communicate effectively. You should be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Email to at least an intermediate level. While experience in the golf industry would be an advantage, full training will be provided on our systems and processes.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of Grade 4 in GCSE Maths and English or equivalent.
