Club Assistant

The role of Club Assistant will be to undertake a variety of functions as necessary for the smooth running of the Club. Every day would be different and a flexible approach will be required., 16-20 hours per week delivered flexibly to suit the Club's requirements, this could include evening and weekends.

The Role

Main Responsibilities will include:

• Dealing with varied administrative procedures using our Club management system


• Dealing with all Club enquiries


• Prospective member show rounds


• Managing the membership processes from initial enquiry to joining and beyond


• Member communications, e-shots etc


• Dealing with members enquiries and issues


• Production of marketing materials for club events and promotions


• Updating and maximising use of website and social media


• Attendance at Club events


• Pro-actively working to promote the Club and all its offerings


• Providing Bar Cover
  
  Sundridge Park Tennis Squash and Padel Club require a friendly outgoing person with excellent communication skills and ability to provide first class customer service coupled with keen organisational skills., Excellent organisational and computer skills


• Knowledge of social media


• Creative and able to produce marketing materials


• Ability to multi-task


• A friendly, outgoing personality, at ease with a customer facing role


• Excellent telephone manner


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Passionate about providing excellent customer service


• A "can do" attitude


• Reliable and Punctual


Desirable Attributes:

• Knowledge of/ interest in racket sports


• Experience working in a leisure/ hospitality environment
