Clubhouse Bar / Restaurant Supervisor

You will assist in the day to day running of the Clubhouse, providing our members, holiday park guests and visitors to the site an exceptional customer experience. We offer a wide range of food and beverages and aim to offer high quality food and impeccable services to all.

We are looking for a Pro-active, dynamic individual to help supervise the team and lead by example, you will have previous experience at supervisory level working in a similar food and beverage establishment. A knowledge of golf would be advantageous but is not essential.

You will take pride in the establishment ensuring that food safety, hygiene, presentation and service standards exceed customer expectations. You will have the ability to motivate and inspire the team and a passion for exceptional service delivery whilst maintaining a hands-on approach to tasks that need undertaking.

The clubhouse is open 7 days a week and offer breakfasts, alongside meals and often host events so you will need a flexible approach and the ability to work 5 days out of 7 with varying shifts to cover early starts, late finishes and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Staff Management


• Responsible for cash handling reconciliation and banking


• Ensuring excellent standards of customer service


• Managing stock levels, checking and placing orders, maintaining relationships with suppliers


• Clubhouse administration


• Ensuring compliance with all food hygiene and health and safety standards


• Cellar management


• Taking orders, serving, drinks and meals and delivering exceptional service


• Liaising with members and ensuring their requirements are met


• Ensuring the highest standard of cleanliness is achieved and maintained
  
  Experience in a customer facing hospitality role and at least 1 year's supervisory experience within a similar establishment is required.
