We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Cluster Operations Manager to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Cambridge., Control and monitor of full financial activities undertaken to maximise the profit ability of the contract and mange costs effectively. Whilst delivering value adding services to the client organisation
To manage delivery through services teams whilst promoting an ethos of team work to instill a culture os continuous improvement and service excellence. To be proactive in delivery operational excellence that will drive client confidence and breed a culture of 'Best in Class' with client and team needs at the heart of the operation and driving our Sodexo values at every opportunity.
Management of the full IFM operations across the cluster in Central Cambridge to ensure effective and efficient service delivery through compliance with legislation to Sodexo and contractual requirements including the delivery of defined budgets and profit margins
Proven experience in (specific area, e.g., management, facilities, or customer service).
