- …and so much more. What will you be doing? Below are some of the duties and responsibilities of the Cluster Reservations and Revenue Manager at 11 Cadogan Gardens:
- To assist in maximizing revenues through Management of all revenue streams, by implementing proactive, strategic selling strategies & action plans that are aimed to deliver budgeted revenues.
- Assisting with the development of the entire revenue function with a dynamic approach to improving working practice and communication with 11 Cadogan Gardens.
- To be confident in ensuring techniques are applied to maximise revenues all revenue streams using the following tools:
- To take ownership and be responsible for yield managing the systems effectively, analyse conversion and C&E booking lead times, analyse market trends through STR reporting and ensure to monitor competitor performance and market share through appropriate reports
- Effective management of availability through all distribution channels
- To be confident and passionate in ensuring that every opportunity to sell across all hotels is understood and explored throughout the central sales team.
- To assist and produce accurate financial forecasts for 11 Cadogan Gardens and The Chelsea Townhouse
- Manage rate loading and rate mapping with third parties
- Efficiently handling requests for room rates
- Provide analytics to evaluate rates.
- To take pride in being an active role in developing and nurturing existing customer accounts.
- To lead, coach and develop the Reservations Team across 11 Cadogan Gardens and The Chelsea Townhouse.
