Full Job Description

  • Reporting to the on-site General managers, the role will also be expected to work closely with the wider hotel group cluster revenue managers and revenue and distribution director.
  • Responsible for the on-site Sales and Reservation teams of the area you are looking after.
  • Analyse trends in data to develop winning revenue management strategies and outperform your competitive set.
  • Maximise total revenue of the property through business mix optimisation and rate manipulation.
  • Provide ongoing insight into revenue performance of your area to all stakeholders.
  • Forecast demand per market segment for your area and provide supporting commentary to the management.
  • Produce annual budgets per segment; participate in the process of delivering the annual sales & marketing plan.
  • Manage the overbooking strategies for your area to maximise occupancy levels.
  • Monitor and control all functions of the revenue management system and the accuracy of the reporting solution.
  • Liaise with your colleagues from e-commerce, distribution, and marketing to drive additional business.
  • Be commercially savvy in exploring new distribution channels and technology partners.
  • Take the initiative to proactively adapt strategy and tactics in changing market conditions.
  • Implement dynamic pricing strategies using advanced revenue management tools (e.g., Revenue by Segment, Flash Sales)
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key distribution channels (OTAs, wholesalers) and negotiate optimal contracts.
  • Analyse customer data and market trends to identify new revenue opportunities (e.g., staycation packages, curated experiences)
  • Leverage digital marketing skills to drive direct bookings and brand awareness (e.g., social media marketing, email campaigns)
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to create data-driven recommendations.
  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills to influence stakeholders across departments.
  • As an on-site role there will be some duty management required and holiday cover for reservations office, so operational experience would be a benefit.

  • We are looking for an experienced revenue manager to look after a cluster of properties in London. - Bayswater, Bermondsey and Liverpool Street You will be tasked with delivering all aspects of the revenue strategy for your properties, working closely with the hotel teams to maximise revenues, profit contribution and market share using revenue management techniques, systems and processes. We are looking for a pro-active and commercially focused revenue manager, who does not shy away from coming up with out of the box ideas. The ideal candidates for this position will have proven experience in a hospitality revenue role, and strong knowledge the London market, with 4- and 5-star experience.,
  • At least 3 years of experience in hospitality revenue management
  • Proven experience in exceeding revenue targets in a competitive market
  • Experience with project management and the ability to deliver results on time and within budget
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and a strong understanding of guest needs
  • A proactive and results-oriented individual with a can-do attitude
  • Knowledgeable of the global travel and accommodation market
  • Fluent in English. Other languages will be appreciated.
  • Outstanding time management & ability to work under pressure.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Technically proficient with the full range of hospitality systems; e.g. Property Management Systems including Opera and Guestline , Revenue Management Systems, Channel Managers and Microsoft Office products.
  • You'll have the ability to plan and prioritise, and multi-task as you will be managing a cluster of our sites.
  • You should enjoy working independently and without constant supervision, have a results orientated track record with a positive attitude to deliver the best results
