We are seeking an experienced and motivated Cluster Revenue Manager to oversee the revenue strategy for multiple hotels within our portfolio. - Revenue Strategy: Develop and implement effective revenue management strategies to optimise hotel performance, including pricing, inventory control, and distribution across all channels for all areas of the hotel.
- Forecasting & Analysis: Prepare and present accurate revenue forecasts, identifying trends and opportunities to maximise profitability.
- Market Analysis: Monitor and analyse market conditions, competitor pricing, and customer trends to adjust pricing strategies and stay ahead in the market.
- Collaboration: Work closely with hotel management teams to ensure alignment between revenue strategies and operational execution, enhancing guest satisfaction and revenue performance.
- Reporting: Produce detailed revenue reports for senior management, highlighting key insights and recommending actions to improve financial outcomes.
- Channel Management: Manage and optimise all distribution channels, ensuring that our hotels are always competitively positioned across online and offline platforms.
- Leadership: Provide guidance and training to property-level revenue teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Pro-active approach: Predict future demand, optimize pricing strategies, and make more informed decisions that enhance overall profitability and long-term growth.
Proven experience in revenue management within a hotel or hospitality industry. - Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic recommendations.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across departments and levels of management.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple properties simultaneously.
- Proficiency in revenue management software and tools.
- Technical competence required to implement and manage systems that enhance operational efficiency
