Full Job Description
- Setting and operating CNC machines including. o DMG DMC 160U o WFL 120 / WFL 65 o MAZAK E500 o MAZAK Integrex i-400 o CINCINNATI FTV5 o UNION TC110 o TOS VARNSDORF WHN130MC o MCM tank 1600 MP10 (10 pallets)
- Production of precision machined components and tooling items as required
- Checking the quality of components produced throughout the batch cycle
- Accurate recording of quantities and time allocation using company systems
- Carry out regular maintenance of the machines as per company schedules
The role will involve setting and operating a variety of CNC 3/4/5 axis Milling machines, dealing with Aluminium, Steel and Titanium components to tight tolerances. - Must have good level of understanding in using either Fanuc / Heidenheim / Mazatrol / Siemens machine control systems; and also willing to develop further CNC machining skills and abilities.

- Week starts on Sunday 22:10 and finishes on Friday 06.00 for night shift
- Week starts on Monday 05.55 and finishes on Friday 13.45 for morning shift
- Week starts on Monday 13.55 and finishes on Friday 21.30 for afternoon shift

Salary: Starting rate from 14.99 to 18.89 as per level of experience + shift premium of 22% for 3 shifts availability + Overtime paid at x1.5 or x2 dependant on availability. CNC Machinist potential up to £20.71ph following internal training and experience.
