CNC Miller
We are looking for a skilled CNC Miller to join a well known precision engineering company who are based in the Portsmouth area. The ideal candidate will have experience with Mazatrol and a strong commitment to producing high-quality precision parts.

Skills needed for CNC Miller

Operate CNC milling machines using Mazatrol controls
Interpret technical drawings and program specifications for accurate parts production
ability to confidently set and operate CNC Mills
Collaborate with the production team to prioritize work orders and meet deadlines

Qualifications

Proven experience as a CNC Miller, expertise in Mazatrol
Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings and programming CNC machines
Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality precision parts
Understanding of machining processes and materials
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Strong problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety
Certification or formal training in CNC machining is a plus

Day-to-day

Set up CNC milling machines and load materials
Program machine controls using Mazatrol language
Monitor machine operations and adjust settings as needed
Inspect finished parts for quality standards
Clean and maintain equipment
