CNS for Parkinson's

You will be the professional clinical link between all areas of care for individuals with Parkinson's and provide care and support for patients from diagnosis through to ongoing treatment and care. You will provide excellent teaching experience and the chance to contribute to local clinical networks. All posts working with vulnerable groups will be subject to an enhanced criminal records check upon appointment and staff will need to give their consent for the Trust to receive regular updates on their criminal records status throughout their employment.

You will have significant post registration experience, and knowledge of Parkinson's as well as a willingness to learn and a positive 'can do attitude.' Working within a multi-professional environment, the role will challenge you to push forward, be an innovator in your field and act as a role model for standards of care through clinical practice., Dedicated Parkinson's experience is preferred but candidates willing to evolve their skills will be considered
