Co Pack Graduate Placement

Our two year rotational graduate programme is designed to provide recent graduates with a comprehensive understanding of our co-pack operations and develop their skills through hands on experience in various departments such as production, quality assurance and engineering. Our structured rotational programme will allow you to enhance and develop your skills in a dynamic and fast paced environment. What will you gain?

• Rotations - You will complete rotations across different areas of production, engineering and central functions. This will allow you to gain a comprehensive understanding of our operations and identify your areas of interest and expertise.
• Mentorship - Throughout your programme, you will be paired with a dedicated mentor who will provide guidance, support and valuable insights into the industry. Mentors are experienced professionals who are committed to helping you succeed and grow in your career.
