Co-Pack Line Leader

Pay Rate: £23,795.20 + 10% Shift Premium. Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: Any 5 from 7, rotational 06:00-14:00 & 14:00-22:00 Location: Coventry - CV6 4BX DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Warehouse Co-Pack Line Leader to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements. WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will:

• To maximise the performance of the operation by directly impacting the daily, weekly and monthly activities; providing leadership, motivation, training and development of the workforce, executing against customer requirements, operational performance and "making DHL a great place to work".
• Ensure site complies with Health and Safety plus Food Hygiene standards, promote and reinforce best practice.
• Delivery of Key Performance Indicators (KPI's)
• Liaise with, FLM's and Shift Managers and the Operational personnel to ensure all information is communicated.
• Oversee colleagues co-packing items that contain chocolate.
WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?
• Food Hygiene/Manufacturing Experience advantageous.
• Packaging Machinery Experience advantageous.
• Previous practical experience as a Warehouse Operative, within a logistics environment or similar role and be familiar with all Manual Handling Procedures is essential.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage your own workload.
